Samantha joined Poston Community Management, Inc. in March of 2026 as an Assistant Community Association Manager for the Carolina Park and Riverside Associations in Mt. Pleasant.
Originally from Maryville, Tennessee, Samantha moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where she attended the College of Charleston in the fall of 2019. Samantha has been local ever since!
While she studied psychology in college, Samantha gravitated toward hospitality after graduation. She pursued roles in the vacation rental and property management industry on Kiawah Island and learned invaluable lessons about customer service, conflict resolution, and maintenance coordination.
Samantha enjoys videography, concerts, and trivia nights with her friends. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, getting competitive on the pickleball court, and soaking up the sun at the beach.
