Mindy Gutierrez joined Poston Community Management on May 1, 2025. She recently moved to South Carolina to be closer to family. Mindy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and began in the community management industry completing accounts receivable and monthly financial statements for a portfolio of associations.
After four years in accounting, Mindy moved to managing communities. She has managed properties in the California desert and since 2011, large scale properties in Big Sky Montana and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Mindy loves the low county climate, flowers and beaches. In her free time, she enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her daughter and son-in-law. She has a beloved feline named Emmy.
