Jeff Triphahn joined Poston Community Management Inc. in January of 2024 as the Assistant Community Manager for the two Carolina Park communities located in Mt. Pleasant.
Jeff was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He spent 35 years in the Engineering and Architecture field serving in many roles. Jeff moved to Atlanta, Georgia for 12 years before settling in the Charleston area in 2012. He left the corporate world in 2014 to start a home inspection business in 2015. This adventure introduced him to Carolina Park where he began his change to community association management.
Jeff enjoys playing tennis and remains a die-hard Chicago sports fan (and is a rare northside White Sox fan
