Holly Monahan began working at Poston & Co. in September of 2019 as the Association Manager’s Closing Coordinator. She is also a licensed real estate agent who was previously employed by Kiawah Island Real Estate for 11 years.
Vacationing in Charleston since 1995, Holly and her family made the Low Country home in 2007. After being raised in Atlanta, GA, she moved to New York City where she had a brief career on Wall Street working on the floor of The New York Commodity Exchange before pursuing a career in real estate. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001. Holly and her husband are proud parents of two boys and recently became avid Gamecock fans when their oldest son enrolled at the University of South Carolina in 2018. In her spare time, Holly enjoys being at the beach with family and friends.
