Dylan DeCosty joined Poston Community Management, Inc. in January 2026 as an Assistant Association Manager. He brings prior experience in the property management and hospitality industries, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and was first introduced to community management.
A Charleston native, Dylan grew up on Wadmalaw Island before moving to Johns Island. He began working at a young age on a fishing charter boat out of Bohicket Marina, where he developed a strong work ethic and enjoyed working with people.
He attended First Baptist Church School in downtown Charleston and later graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
In his free time, Dylan enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors, as well as spending time with family and friends.
