Allyn Albers joined Poston Community Management in August 2025 after relocating to Charleston from Cincinnati, Ohio to be closer to family and the coast. Prior to joining Poston, Allyn spent more than three years in property management, serving in leadership roles at a large apartment community in Cincinnati where she oversaw daily operations, vendor coordination, resident services, and facilities projects. During her tenure, she rebuilt and trained a full leasing and maintenance team, and managed major property improvements.
Allyn graduated from the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati with a double major in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Real Estate. Her educational background and leadership experience provide a strong foundation in budgeting, operations, and customer service skills she now applies to supporting Poston managed communities with professionalism and attention to detail.
She earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation in November 2025 and continues to expand her knowledge in the community association management field.
When Allyn is not at work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, dining out, watching college sports with her fiancé, and relaxing with their cat, Bleu. She is currently planning her April 2026 wedding.
